Education
DLynn received her Bachelor of Arts in Math education from Louisiana Tech in 1996.  She has spent eleven years teaching middle school and high school algebra here in Denton.  DLynn is now in her second year at Dallas Theological Seminary pursuing a Master of Arts in Biblical Studies.

Background
DLynn grew up in Winnsboro, Louisiana where she graduated from high school in 1991.  She became a Christian at age 10 and surrendered to ministry work in college at Louisiana Tech.  God saw fit that DLynn needed to spend several years as a wife and mother before pursuing her calling in women’s ministry.

Family
DLynn married David Earp, a life-long member of First Baptist Church Denton.  David and DLynn had one daughter, Tatum Grace, before he died of cancer in 2005.  Tatum is six years old and attends first grade at Woodrow Wilson Elementary School.  DLynn is very proud to have David’s family here at First Baptist Church:  James Earp (father-in-law), Mary Earp (mother-in-law), Rachel Knowles (sister-in-law) and her family Clint, AJ (age 3), and Saddie (age 1).
