Lynda Crittenden, Child Development Center Director since 1999, enjoys counseling with parents of preschoolers about raising their children in a Christian environment. Her compassion, coupled with her expertise in preschool education, has served the Denton community very well. The Child Development Center, comprised of 34 staff members and 134 children, has proven to be the most sought after preschool in the greater Denton area for the past several years.

Lynda’s love for preschooler began at an early age while growing up in her mother’s preschool in Kilgore, Texas. She taught there as a teenager and serve as its director while in college. She has also directed two other church-based child development centers in Mandeville, Louisiana and Springhill, Louisiana.

She recently celebrated her 34th wedding anniversary with her husband, James. Her daughter,Courtney, is a 2004 graduate of Baylor University and is currently an interior design firm in Dallas. She and her husband, Dustin Adams, live in Addison.
