Prayer Room
Openings are available for 1 hour/week slots in the Prayer Room. If you can serve as a Prayer Warrior, WE NEED YOU! Training is on Sunday mornings or at your convenience. Contact Derv Hudgens or Judy Murphy.

Intercessory Prayer Ministry
Intercessors are asked to commit to the Prayer Ministry annually; people are invited to join at any time during the year.

Intercessor Training
Before an Intercessor begins serving in the Prayer Ministry, he/she receives training to become familiar with procedures in the prayer room and to understand more completely the power of prayer.
Training is one-on-one as needed.

Those who desire to be Intercessors must meet these requirements:
1. Know Jesus as Savior and Lord of your life.
2. Be a current member of First Baptist Church Denton.
3. Attend the training session.
4. Be punctual for the allotted time of prayer.
5. Commit to keep in confidence the requests in the Prayer Room.
6. Inform the Prayer Ministry Coordinator when prevented from being in place at the prayer time allotted.
