Activities

 Work Break

We offer an open gym time for adults Monday, Wednesday, and Friday  11 - 1pm and ages 40+ every Tuesday and Thursday from 12 - 1:30 pm in the CLC. 
The cost is $3.00 daily, $30.00 a month or we have annual memberships.
The gym is reserved for Work Break participants only during the times above and allows you to be a part of the basketball games, work out in the weight room, and provides you with a jersey , towel, access to the locker room, showers and sauna.  It is just a nice time to come and get away from the stresses of work and fellowship together through basketball. 
(note to participate in Work Break you must be employed full time, or retired)

Painting

Every Wednesday at 8 am the craft room is open in the CLC and people gather to paint and work on various art projects that they might have going.  If you are an art enthusiast, please feel free to come spend some time working on a piece that you might have going and build relationships with fellow Christian artists.  We would love for you to come and be a part of this ministry. vital to not only keep healthy bodies, but healthy minds as well. 

Fitness Center

The fitness center is available Monday - Friday 8 am to 8 pm and Saturday 9 am to 6 pm.  The cost is $2 per visit or you may purchase a punch card 20 visits/$20.  Annual memberships are also available for individuals and families.  We have treadmills, Nautilus machines, stationary bicycles, free weights, a stair stepper, and an eliptical machine.  Come and go according to your schedule and work at your own pace or connect with a personal trainer to get you started.
